Invivo X, SJP is a long-term collaboration between Invivo and business partner Sarah Jessica Parker, who is hands-on and involved in creating each year's blend. Invivo X, SJP is a beautiful yet unique style of Sauvignon Blanc that is soft with a subtle oak influence. Late harvesting, a little bit of skin contact, some time in French barriques and hogsheads all contribute to its distinctive flavor profile and smooth mouth-feel.
